Maquengue  falls

WhatsApp Video 2026-07-19 at 16.14.10.mp4

Maquengue has been one of the favorite places to live and be part of because of its lush nature, native trees, variety of species, and above all, the conscious care and respect for the place we inhabit.

The Maquengue family farm is a private nature reserve covering 33 hectares, located in the mountain town of Siquirres. The farm has waterfalls, trails, a farm with cows, sheep, goats, pigs, ducks, peacocks, geese, and chickens. It also features a soccer field, a restaurant, a workspace, viewpoints, and plenty of green spaces. The villas are fully equipped and well-maintained to welcome each family.

The meeting between Barú and Maquengue has been magical, as we value the education of children, the families connected with the green environment, and the care of our habitat. That’s why we invite you to experience this magical encounter, where we create a sacred space to come together.

We have fallen in love with every corner, with nature, with the animals, and with imagining children playing freely!

If you feel this could be for you and your family, sign up and we’ll get in touch so you can learn more!
